The SOT (Slack Overage Time) is calculated by the program subtracting the AVT = Time at the end of row two, from the TPT = Time at the end of row one. 

The difference is then shown in the timebox at the end of row three (with no label) in green 255 if there is ''slack'' or in red 255 if there is ''overage.''
