The AVT (Audio, Video, Teleprompter) time is calculated by the program which adds the total times of the Audio Playlist, the Video Playlist and the Teleprompter Playlist.  The total is then shown in the timebox at the end of row two after the label ''AVT =''.

(The AVT total time in essence is the same as TMT (Total Media Time) [both Audio & Video] plus the Talk time (with the ''Talk'' time being determined by the number of characters and the set scrolling speed for all of the TPS (Teleprompter Scripts) added to the main TP Playlist.)

Next up, the ''Slack Time'' TimeBox
When the AVT in row two is subtracted from the TPT in row one, the difference will will show how much ''Slack'' Time (or ''Overage'') exists in the included Audio, Video & Teleprompter Scripts (AVT).

The amount of Slack or Overage will help the program director determine whether he needs to add, cut or edit material from the planned program.
