First a sync button to set the time in this application in harmony with the computer time or to be synced from an online source that gets the current time to the split second.  An option should be available to set the current time manually in the event an online source of the current time is not available or in the event that the computer clock is not working properly, etc.

So, this icon           is for syncing up this application's clock with               the current time.

Next, we'll set a display for the currnet time.
