The 2/1 means: 2 Playlists are open in the ''All Playlists'' window, and the highlighted, active Playlist presently contains 1 item.
On the far left side of the 6th row is the Item Count feature.
The ''Show All Playlists'' window is now open & displaying.
The Count feature now show on the left side of the slash,
the number of Playlists open in the Playlists window.
