In the window at the bottom of the left column you will find a 178 x 45 rectangle that looks like the one showing now below right in this media-text display area.

It contains clock features and functions.

At the left-most side of the top row is a sync button (represented by a tiny little icon like this >      <    >>


This button will sync the program's clock to your computer clock (and/or to an online source for
current time) and then display that time immediately  adjacent to the right of the sync icon.
